Front Desk Receptionist NIGHT SHIFT

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Assist in coordinating guest services to enhance their stay experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls or taking reservations. Support the hotel's hospitality management initiatives by participating in training sessions.
