Cashier/Receptionist/Biller

Description We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
• Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
