You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy Reconciling vendor statements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills

Hours:

Monday thru Friday 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM All offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion of a background check and drug testing
