Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors to the community. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Assist with general office duties, such as filing and data entry. Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff. #pm25Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Professional phone etiquette. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
