Duties Assist with dog handling, including feeding, walking, and monitoring behavior to ensure their comfort and safety Perform pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and trimming as needed Support veterinary staff with basic animal restraint during examinations or treatments Maintain clean and sanitary kennels by cleaning cages, bedding, and common areas regularly Provide pet sitting services by engaging pets in play and companionship during their stay Assist with dog training activities to promote good behavior and socialization Handle heavy lifting when moving animals or supplies safely and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service by communicating pet needs and updates clearly to owners Requirements Prior experience with animal handling, including dog training or veterinary technician experience preferred Knowledge of pet grooming techniques and pet sitting responsibilities is a plus Background in veterinary assistant roles or kennel experience highly desirable Strong animal care skills with the ability to handle animals safely and confidently Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects or animals for extended periods Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members A genuine passion for animal welfare combined with a positive, energetic attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
