Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist Freedom Counseling Center, Inc. Busy private counseling practice in St. Joseph, Michigan looking to add a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to our amazing team of 14 clinicians and 4 equally amazing administrative support staff. Fun, positive atmosphere, honest and ethical business practices and, most of all, we LOVE helping people get better! This position will work Tuesday's through Thursday's from noon to 8 PM and will schedule client appointments, process payments, handle phone calls, and complete tasks given by the clinicians. This role will be expected to handle a fast paced environment, juggle multiple tasks at once, switch gears quickly, use technology effectively, have a high attention to detail, possess strong communication skills, and provide quality customer service. There may also be times where we ask you to fill in during daytime hours.
