Receptionist Schoolcraft, MI 49087 From $14 an hour - Full-time From $14 an hour - Full-time Greater Kalamazoo Auto Auction is looking to add a receptionist to our team. Here are few of the duties: Processing payments, issuing titles and gate passes. Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc. Directing visitors & dealers in person or via phone. Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner. Scanning all completed documents. Print bidder badges Be the first point-of-contact for all incoming phone calls Register new dealerships and representatives for sale day. Complete all online registrations for sale day. Call customers that have titles left at the auction for pickup. Process mail/over night deliveries for FedEx/UPS Generating sales reports for clients. Assist the other auction team members with tasks as needed.

A desired candidate must have:

Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive GKAA is an equal opportunity employer.
