Front Desk Receptionist

Description This position greets clients visiting the practice, notifies staff of client arrivals and performs general office clerical and administrative duties. Duties may include greeting clients at reception, answering telephone calls, accepting deliveries, filing, copying, faxing, preparing materials used by treatment staff, general stocking and cleaning, and other assigned tasks. This position offers room for growth to the right individual. We are hiring two part-time individuals to fill this role, one to work mornings and one to work afternoons, with the flexibility to cover a full day occasionally when needed. Requirements Ability to work Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00am (with flexibility) Passion to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivated with an ability to ask for additional tasking and be productive Excellent organization, writing, and communications skills Knowledge of and experience with computer business applications, such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word Excellent typing skills Ability to speak multiple languages a plus

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
