Our Sterling Heights location is growing, and we're looking for a confident, polished, and personable Receptionist & Client Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our clinic. The Role As Receptionist & Client Coordinator, you will manage the client journey from first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You'll play a vital role in client retention, appointment optimisation, package sales support, and the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You are the first impression of Edn Skin & Spa - setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and excellence at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and client enquiries with accuracy and care Maintain a calm, polished front desk environment aligned with the Edn brand Scheduling & Coordination Schedule, confirm, and optimise appointments to maximise provider availability and clinic flow Manage cancellations, waitlists, and rebooking to support retention and revenue Coordinate practitioner schedules and assist with daily operational planning Sales & Client Retention Support Confidently educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and promotions Support the clinical team by reinforcing treatment plans and rebooking recommendations Identify opportunities to upsell packages and additional services in a natural, client-first way Operations & Team Support Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and stock organisation Support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow Step in where needed to support the team and maintain high operational standards Marketing & Social Media Support Assist with creating and capturing engaging social media content when needed Support promotions, events, and client communications across platforms What We're Looking For Professional, friendly, and well-presented, with a natural ability to connect with clients Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong scheduling and multitasking skills Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone Sales-aware and comfortable supporting service and package recommendations Tech-savvy and quick to learn booking systems, POS, and client management software Team-focused, proactive, and dependable, with a strong work ethic Previous experience in a med spa, spa, beauty, hospitality, or client-facing role is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Performance-based incentives and sales commission opportunities Staff discounts on treatments and retail Ongoing training and development Supportive, growth-focused team culture Opportunities for career progression as Edn continues to expand Why Join Edn Skin & Spa?
