Job Description:
Position Summary Advanced Talent Workforce (AWT) is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, candidates, clients, and vendors. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily administrative functions to ensure a positive and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and office procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Administrative Support Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with paperwork. Office Coordination Assist with coordinating office events, meetings, and employee activities. Monitor visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security procedures. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary. Support Human Resources and leadership teams with administrative projects and special assignments. Record Keeping Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Ensure confidentiality of employee, candidate, and company information. Update databases and contact information as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
