We are entering our busiest season and are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Seasonal Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of our salon and the first warm welcome our guests receive! ​Job Summary ​As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in keeping the salon running smoothly during our peak season. You will ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. If you love customer service, have a great phone presence, and want a fun, fast-paced summer/seasonal role, we want to hear from you! ​Key Responsibilities ​

Exceptional Customer Service:

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to. ​

Phone & Appointment Management:

Answer phone calls professionally, answer client questions, and accurately schedule or modify appointments. ​

Guest Check-Out:

Efficiently close out guest tickets, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and re-book clients for their next visits. ​

Salon Tidiness:

Perform light salon cleaning and organizing (e.g., wiping down front desk surfaces, keeping the waiting area tidy, and ensuring a welcoming environment). ​Qualifications & Requirements ​

Customer Service:

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute must. You should genuinely love working with people! ​

Professionalism:

A warm, confident, and polite phone demeanor. ​

Availability:

Ability to commit to the duration of the busy season (perfect for students, teachers, or anyone looking for seasonal income). ​

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to multitask in a bustling salon environment. ​

Experience:
