Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Proficiency in computer applications. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients promptly, professionally, and courteously Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail handling, and document preparation Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience for all clients Assist with administrative duties such as typing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's standards of customer service. Other duties as needed.
