We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to confidently communicate and build relationships with prospective customers, while providing exceptional experiences for our little princesses! The right candidate will possess the following characteristics: As a Front Desk Associate, you are responsible for the reception area at the spa.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Greeting every guest in a professional, welcoming manner. Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products. Accurately book, change and cancel appointments utilizing our computer system. Process payment for services and products. Creating an exceptional memorable member/guest experience. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Checking clients in and out, answering phone calls promptly. Looking for all shifts Saturday 10am to 930pm Sunday 11am-8pm Just the weekend until the summer time and there will be opportunity for full time and more days
