Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our busy podiatry clinic. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized in a fast- paced environment, and being part of a supportive team-this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance and collect patient information Manage front desk workflow and maintain an organized reception area Communicate clearly with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
