Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist Dermatology at the Lakes | Detroit Lakes, MN Dermatology at the Lakes is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Answer and direct phone calls Schedule appointments Verify patient information and insurance Collect payments and maintain accurate records Assist with administrative and clerical duties Help create a positive and welcoming experience for our patients
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Medical office experience is preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn
