Phantom Screens - 3.7 Golden Valley, MN Job Details Temporary | Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Office activity coordination Customer service Staff scheduling High school diploma or GED QuickBooks Office phone management Full Job Description Phantom Screens ( Minnesota Screens) is looking for a front desk office assistant. An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in customer service, Computer Technology and is self driven and upbeat.
Responsibilities would include:
Answer direct phone calls, deliver messages, and manage voice mail. Create and maintain staff and client scheduling. Work on daily office tasks. Responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties for individual(s) in an organization in order to relieve them of administrative details. Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Quick Books. H.S. Diploma or GED required. 8-5 M-F $18.00-$20.00 hourly
