Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and check them in/out Answer phone calls, text messages, and manage appointments Assist with scheduling and customer inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Support technicians and management as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer/scheduling-system knowledge (training provided) Reliable, friendly, and professional Prior salon or reception experience is a plus, but not required
