Summary:
Princeton Insurance Agency, now part of the OneDigital family, is seeking an energetic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our Milaca branch location. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.Position Details:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per weekSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fully in-office position (no remote work)Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members Support Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean-up (including food ordering as needed) Maintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution) Maintain office security procedures Support basic insurance related tasks (training provided) Provide occasional backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge)Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Professional attitude and appearance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to maintain confidentialityEducation, Training and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $17 to $19 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
