What You'll Do:
Be the friendly and professional point of contact for all calls and visitors Handle administrative tasks and assist with communication between residents and staff Ensure a warm and welcoming environment Maintain confidentiality, manage concerns, and uphold the integrity of the front desk Represent Parkshore with pride, professionalism, and care
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience (senior living or hospitality preferred) Ability to manage interruptions and juggle multiple priorities in a visible role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Dependable, calm, and professional To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
