Job Description

Member Support Specialist Starting Pay:
$19.37/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt Base Location:
Commerce Drive Branch Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay. About the Role  As a Member Support Specialist, you are the welcoming presence that sets the tone for every member's experience. You're often the first point of connection—greeting members, guiding them through their visit, and making sure they feel seen, supported, and confident from the moment they walk in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, values meaningful interactions, and takes pride in creating smooth, positive experiences. What You'll Do  Welcome members warmly and create a positive, personalized experience from the moment they arrive Support members with everyday transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ease Guide members in using self-service kiosks, building their confidence and independence Listen closely to understand each member's needs and connect them with the right products, services, or team members Assist with opening and maintaining basic accounts while clearly explaining features and benefits Address questions and resolve concerns with care, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the overall member experience Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the branch Support additional responsibilities as needed to keep the branch running smoothly
Requirements:
Who You Are You care deeply about people and their financial well-being You're adaptable, positive, and comfortable jumping into new environments You communicate clearly, listen well, and build trust quickly You're tech-comfortable and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting Financial experience is helpful, but your heart for service matters most If you bring certified Spanish or Somali language skills, even better.
