We believe in making self-care simple, affordable, and accessible—and our Front Desk team plays a key role in making that happen. We're currently looking for a Front Desk Associate with a strong focus on membership sales to join our positive, professional, and wellness-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Clearly explain massage services, benefits, and membership options Drive membership sales by confidently recommending packages that fit each client's wellness goals Manage client appointments, payments, and account details Support day-to-day clinic operations including cleanliness and organization Collaborate with massage therapists and team members to ensure a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a commission-based environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness setting is a plus (but not required)
