Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team; someone to provide our clinic with a friendly, professional presence to our patients upon entering our clinic. Duties of the Front Desk Coordinator include scheduling appointments, managing phone lines, taking payments, and checking patients "in" and "out". This position you are required to travel to our satellite offices Buffalo and Baxter. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hard-working, personable, and detail-orientated. If you have previous experience in office or administrative work of any kind, we'd like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and ensure a smooth, friendly front office experience Manage scheduling and patient follow-ups Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling in CareStream Sensei Answer phones and manage patient communication Maintain an organized and efficient front desk flow Insurance verification Create a seamless and positive patient experience Accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable Positive and Team Leader Requirements:
Front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good computer and phone skills
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
