Job Description

Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing healthcare management company focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living communities throughout Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Our mission is to support the success of each community through strong leadership, corporate support, and the resources needed to achieve their goals.
Position:
Receptionist (Part-Time) Edenbrook St. Cloud , a skilled nursing facility located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff while providing administrative support to the facility.
Schedule:
Every other weekend 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Operate multiline telephone and paging systems efficiently and professionally. Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member. Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Assist with administrative duties such as scanning documents, scheduling care conferences, filing, and data entry. Maintain resident trust fund accounts and related records. Handle sensitive resident and facility information with professionalism and confidentiality. Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in long-term care preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting. Proficiency with basic computer and office equipment.
