This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment. Shifts may be various (AM and/or PM) and must be able to work weekends
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously Provide general office support to the Business Office Manager and Administrator Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to handle a multi-line phone system Dependable, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor
