Full Job Description Qualifications:
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
Language Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a must.
Customer Service:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is required.
Sales Experience:
While not mandatory, any sales experience would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers at the front desk and assist with inquiries. Handle invoicing and payment collection. Assist customers in selecting stone for their countertops. Provide excellent customer service.
