Job Description

Order Entry/Receptionist Valley Staffing is seeking candidates for an Order Entry/Receptionist position in Waconia. This is a long term, full-time role. We are hoping to start meeting with candidates ASAP. This position is a mix of front desk duties, customer service, and data entry.
Duties:
  • Receive requests for price quotations and print/provide paperwork to the estimating manager
  • Enter completed quotes into the CRM system
  • Send completed quotes to customers and file the records in an organized manner
  • Receive requests for orders, order changes, and cancellations from customers via phone, or email
  • Gather related documents and information(blueprint, stock quantities, pricing, etc.) from the filing and CRM systems and prepare preliminary order paper work for review
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Enter finalized order details into CRM system
  • Achieve and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide best possible service to customer
  • Receive requests for status updates on customer orders, retrieve order status information from the CRM system
  • Answer and route all phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Be first point of contact for visitors
  • Sort and deliver mail to appropriate team members
Requirements:
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Pay:
$20
  • 24/hr
