Front Desk Associate/ Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and friendly Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) who is the welcoming face and heart of our studio, creating a warm, positive, and engaging experience for every client. This role ensures that all students, parents, and guests feel valued, excited, and eager to return each week. From greeting and assisting clients to supporting studio operations, the D.O.F.I. plays a key role in our community's success.

Part-Time Hours & Schedule Summer (June
- August): Monday
- Thursday 4:00-8:00, opportunities for additional hours School Year (September
- May): Monday
- Thursday, 4:00 PM
- 9:00 PM Flex schedule

Starting Pay:
$15.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases after 60 days based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Engagement:
Warmly greet and thank all students, parents, and visitors as they arrive and leave. Actively engage in conversations with parents outside the classrooms to build connections. Assist new and current students with any needs, making them feel welcomed and confident. Address and solve any client questions or concerns in a timely and friendly manner. Manage the "Surprise & Delight" gift/treat program , adding special touches to students' experiences.
Retail & Sales Support:
Assist clients with retail store purchases , providing product recommendations. Support sales efforts by encouraging students and parents to explore new classes and offerings. Assistant with the enrollment efforts and campaigns
Studio Appearance & Organization:
Ensure the studio maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times. Assist in setting up and tidying common areas, retail displays, and front desk spaces.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Support the Studio Night Manager with tasks related to accounts, inquiries, and operations. Conduct onboarding and sales calls , welcoming new students and providing essential information. Assist with student journey touchpoints , ensuring a smooth and exciting experience from enrollment onward. Handle any other tasks that contribute to a positive, seamless, and exciting studio environment .
Skills & Qualifications:
Positive and optimistic personality , creating an inviting atmosphere for clients. Highly motivated and self-sufficient , able to take initiative without constant supervision.

Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in communication , including email, chat widgets, and in-person conversations. A team player who is professional, reliable, and committed to excellence.
Schedule & Time Off:
Studio observes time off over the holiday break (exact dates to be provided). Adapted hours during holidays and special events to accommodate seasonal schedules. Off for the 4th of July in observance of the holiday.
