Receptionist:

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate contacts
• Support customer interactions and ensure a positive pickup experience
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone
• Assist with inside sales by engaging with existing customers
• Provide general administrative and front desk support
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment

• Must show reliability and strong punctuality
• Ability to adapt to a temporary role with potential for permanent placement
