Front Desk/Coordinator

Business Team/ Coordinator. Our team is looking for someone who is organized, efficient, comfortable with assisting patients with setting up financial arrangements and has a great patient centered demeanor to join our team. We provide various dental procedures to help our patients achieve optimal oral health. The other side of dentistry when it comes to helping people is helping patients understand the value of their investments. Our office is built on getting patients back to square one in regards to their oral health by devising an optimal treatment plan and an obtainable financial plan.

Duties include:

Greeting & checking in patients for their service. Attending to phone calls. Answering calls, doing carecalls, calls related to treatment plans and consultations. Scheduling patients for consultations and treatment. Collecting payments. Coordinating financial arrangements and presenting treatment plans. Calls to patients who are due for their treatment. Handling patient correspondence/emails. Other administrative tasks as needed.
