Job Description

SUMMARY:
First point of contact for all customers and visitors. Greets and provides direction to walk-ins, answer phones, and processes payments.
Schedule:
Mon - Fri; 7:45am - 4:30am (30 min lunch break; occasional overtime)
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting walk in customers, answering phones, filing, and preparing invoices. Generating truck route sheets processing delivery tickets. Scanning checks to bank and post cash to GL. Performing other duties as assigned including constant commutation with HR. Assisting with other accounting duties as needed. Assisting Shipping Office as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent Customer Service skills (in person and over the phone). Proficient at typing, maintaining spreadsheets, Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Acute attention to detail. Benefits Starts off accruing up to 2 weeks/year. 7 Paid Holidays. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
