Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and create a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure information accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing office supplies Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times while managing confidential information discreetly Provide administrative support as needed to team members or executives, including personal assistant tasks or data entry Qualifications Proven office experience with a strong background in clerical and administrative roles Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of basic accounting functions is a plus Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to type quickly with high accuracy while proofreading documents for errors Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us as a Front Office Receptionist where your enthusiasm and professionalism will make a meaningful impact every day! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
