Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient call routing and message-taking.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and detail-oriented appearance.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct recipients.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings or organizing files.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and maintaining supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Address client and staff inquiries promptly and with attention to detail.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
