Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth office management. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies Provide customer service support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for daily tasks Support medical or dental reception duties as needed, including patient check-in procedures and insurance verification Contribute to a well-organized office environment through efficient time management and organizational skills Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational abilities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse inquiries professionally Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial records Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is advantageous but not required Personal assistant experience or previous office management roles will be considered beneficial Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets professionalism!
