Job Description
Afternoon receptionist needed. 17-23 hours per week, evening (3-6:30 pm) & every 1st & 3rd Saturday morning (7:30am - 12:30 pm) shifts. Greeting & checking in clients, answering phones, checking clients out, and collecting payments in a very fast paced veterinary clinic. Must be able to handle multiple phone lines and in clinic clients. Professionalism, people skills, attention to details and computer skills are a must. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in case of an emergency situation. Need to be comfortable with all animals as we do see exotic pets as well. This is a part-time position only. No full-time hours are offered at this time.
