Receptionist/Office Runner MS Richland - Richland, MS 39218 Apply Overview Salary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Up to 50% Apply Description Office Assistant/Runner Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 19 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time office assistant/runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.
Key Job Functions:
Must have a valid driver's license. Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling. Backup at the receptionist desk. Daily post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup. Aiding with any projects as requested. Qualifications Must have a clean driving record and be able to take initiative, be detail oriented, and work under little supervision.
