Part-Time Receptionist

Position Overview:

Osana's Pet Salon is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and their pets. The position is designed to provide coverage for our existing part-time receptionist, with Saturdays required as a regular part of the schedule. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar Check pets in and out for grooming services Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with groomers and pet owners Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Provide general administrative support as needed

Schedule:

Part-time position Saturdays are required Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer and phone skills Previous receptionist or customer service experience is required
