Job Description

Patten, Peterman, Bekkedahl & Green is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting clients as they come into the office, and performing administrative duties.

Pay DOE Responsibilities:
  • Answer the phone in a professional, friendly manner
  • Screen and direct phone calls to staff
  • Greet clients and visitors; determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct them to appropriate location
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
