Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, customer service-oriented, and possess excellent phone etiquette skills.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
• Manage appointments and scheduling
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Collect patient payments and balances
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Handle inquiries from clients and visitors
