Job Description

This position is generally responsible for acting as a dealer receptionist providing cashier services for parts, service, sales, and Rental customers.
Essential duties:
Service the dealership's Rental customers accurately and efficiently as per the Toyota Rent a Car (TRAC) guidelines. Greet and direct customers to sales staff or other areas of the dealership. Answer all incoming phone calls courteously and professionally. Direct all calls to correct departments, managers and staff employees if necessary. Receive payment for services provided by the dealership. Scan and file office paperwork daily. Make deal jackets and key tags for new vehicles. Receipt checks and car deposits when necessary. Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed. Keep a neat and orderly work station and reception area including guest area. Must have current drivers license and maintain a good driving record. Must follow procedures and policies set forth by management, Employee handbook and Non-Drug and Alcohol testing policy. 4 panel Drug testing and Back ground check will be required .
