Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for 4 days a week, with availability to cover when another receptionist is on vacation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar efficiently
- Prepare paperwork for surgery patients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/ lobby area
Pay:
