for Front Desk Coordinator (Full-Time Position) Position is primarily in Apex but flexible to go to Pittsboro as well.Job Summary:
A growing aesthetic medical practice in which provides an array of aesthetic services including injectable treatments, laser resurfacing, energy-based device treatments, etc. is looking for a new front desk coordinator. The candidate must be energetic and focused on providing a positive customer experience. The front coordinator is responsible for daily operations of the medical front office, including customer interactions and workflows.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or higher. Strong Technology/IT knowledge. Strong knowledge of integrating computer systems with workflows Strong communication, customer relations and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Gmail Suite. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, dependable, and able to take ownership. Must be flexible with schedule. Some evenings and rotating Saturdays will be required.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years' experience in front MEDICAL office.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

ability to effectively communicate orally & written with all levels of the organization, patients, and representatives.Team Orientated:
ability to work well with others to achieve common objectives. Safeguard patient privacy. Finding ways to utilize the tools that we have in a more efficient manner.RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively monitors patient flow throughout the day and coordinates with providers and staff to ensure optimal patient experience. Ensures effective and efficient operation of check-in, check-out, collecting payment and appointment scheduling. Anticipates and troubleshoots potential patient flow and scheduling issues. Ensures excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction. Works with management to resolve issues and complaints as needed. Streamline workflows and appointment requests for maximum efficiency.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
