Front Desk Receptionist

Part-Time Experienced Receptionist Wanted for Dog Grooming Salon We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in a friendly, fast-paced dog grooming salon! About the Role This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who genuinely loves both pets and people. You will thrive in our positive environment, which is often busy, energetic, and sometimes messy or noisy—but always rewarding!

Schedule:

Part-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (with one Saturday off per month).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage, $16- $22 per hour dependent on experience. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities We require strong customer service and organizational skills, along with the following:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar client-facing role. Must be proficient with PCs and comfortable using scheduling software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products for basic document handling. Ability to safely and comfortably handle a variety of dogs.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Warmly greeting clients and their pets, answering phones, and processing payments.

Scheduling & Operations:

Efficiently managing appointments and conveying instructions accurately between clients and groomers.

Facility Upkeep:

Assisting with daily cleaning tasks, including laundry, vacuuming, mopping, and light duties like watering plants, to ensure the salon stays clean and welcoming. How to Apply To be considered, please email your resume.
