Spa Front Desk Coordinator

Join our Team! Island Massage & Spa is hiring for a Front Desk Spa Coordinator! We are a well established year round Day Spa in Carolina Beach. Offering Massage, Facials, Salt Cave and more!

Qualifications:

1 yr minimum Front Desk/Receptionist experience Health & Wellness, Salon & Spa or Hospitality Industry preferred Excellent Customer Service Skills Phone & Computer & typing skills Appointment Scheduling experience Ability to multitask Self-motivated Must be a mature, responsible & trustworthy person

Good Work Ethic High School Diploma Responsibilities:

Opening & Closing the Spa Working in a Computer based online practice management software (Vagaro) Answering Phones and returning voicemails Helping clients choose services & Scheduling Appointments Customer Service Checking Clients in and out Spa Cleaning & Spa Laundry Assist Service Providers when needed Knowledge of our retail Product & Services offered Operating the Salt Cave & Sauna And More as needed...

Position:

This is a Part time position, must be available to work Monday-Saturday 9:30a-6:30p. Hours vary by season. Position will mainly be afternoons and weekends but must have the availability to fill in where needed. Please include a resume for your consideration. References will be required.
