00/HOUR Essential Responsibilities and Tasks We are seeking an extremely personable and qualified candidate to assist a group psychology practice. The Front Desk Assistant has a dynamic and essential role at BASE. The assistant has important interactions with our clients both in the office as well as on the phone. This position requires excellent customer service and communication with clients. The assistant will be expected to... Provide BASE clients with exceptional service (on the phone, through secure messaging, and in person) Support providers in day to day operations Utilize the electronic medical record for scheduling, communication, and billing Keep client spaces and refreshments organized Assist with social media content creation Capabilities and Experience (Can Do) Client service skills
  • Consistently provides clients with attentive, courteous, and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfaction from delivering great service. Communication skills
  • Demonstrates exceptionally strong written and verbal communication. Ability to talk to clients in a friendly and supportive manner. Organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and orderly. Follows systematic procedures. Maintains accuracy when shifting between tasks in a busy environment. Computer skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Mail, Docs, and Drive), Canva, and Social Media platforms Attitudes (Will Do) Integrity
  • Firmly adheres to the values and ethics of BASE. Protects clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality. Exhibits honesty, discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Is a positive representative of BASE in the community. Resiliency

  • Willing to work with others, collaborate, share information, and receive and incorporate feedback. Schedule 12-16 hours per week Flexible hours between 10am
