Job Description

We are seeking friendly, professional, and organized individuals to join our team as Front Desk Receptionists. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and guests. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role You will greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Services Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person or department Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information Manage visitor sign-ins and maintain reception area procedures Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times Communication & Administrative Support Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as required Coordinate calendars and assist with appointment management Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management Communicate effectively with team members and departments to support office operations Office Operations & Record Keeping Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems Perform data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed Support day-to-day office activities and special projects as assigned Follow company procedures, policies, and confidentiality guidelines What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role is a plus but not required. Training may be provided for the right candidate.
