We're looking for a front desk receptionist who can be the warm, organized, and reliable first point of contact for our clients. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves client communication, scheduling, administrative support, and maintaining a calm, respectful atmosphere. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders Verify insurance information and assist with intake paperwork Collect co‑pays and process payments Maintain accurate and confidential client records Coordinate with clinicians to support daily workflow Monitor waiting room environment to ensure comfort and privacy Handle general administrative tasks (email, faxing, scanning, data entry) Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office, behavioral health setting, or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems (experience preferred) High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion Reliable, punctual, and organized High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid time off and benefits
