Job Description

Overview Pure Intentions Coffee has grown from a small craft roaster to a regional specialty coffee roaster and participant in the general growth of the culinary community and high quality beverage programs. We are a small team of 16 employees seeking to add a team member committed to career development in a professional, focused, hard working environment. We are looking for receptionist who will act as a point of communication for our walk in retail customers and wholesale coffee partners, while assisting with maintenance of our front-of-house office. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are required to perform this job well. The hours for this position are 9am-4pm with a 45 minute lunch break at 11:30pm.
Facility Management Responsibilities:
Manage orders for office supply and facility supply replenishment under proper approval procedures Maintain awareness of team needs in the facility space. Point of contact for team events like team lunches and organizing team building events.
Operational Responsibilities:
Answer and manage calls to the office - direct them to sales team, equipment or logistics team, website, etc. as necessary Greeting customers at the front door and assisting with coffee purchases Assisting wholesale customers with pick up orders Brewing coffee for customers General organization and inventorying of marketing materials Sales Team Support Seasonal project support Maintaining kitchen and break room cleanliness General office space organization, watering plants, distributing mail, etc. Equipment software support and administration Experience with Mac OS Experience with
Microsoft Business Apps:
