Job Description

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our busy and beautiful salon is looking for a salon receptionist who can help create an outstanding experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities:
Greet all clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently Answer incoming calls and respond to messages in a timely, courteous manner Ring up clients, process payments, and promote hair care products Assist with maintaining salon inventory and restocking as needed Refill snack and drink stations for clients Support overall cleanliness and appearance of the salon Provide general assistance to stylists and salon management Help ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and valued
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Confident using scheduling software and basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales or retail experience is a plus Friendly, professional appearance and attitude Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
