Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage multi-line phone systems, and ensure smooth office operations. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to creating a professional and friendly environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with excellent phone etiquette Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking and basic bookkeeping Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients or patients in person or over the phone Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and updating records accurately Support administrative functions such as calendar management for staff or personal assistant tasks when needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while delivering support with professionalism Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in customer service or customer support roles enhances success in this position Personal assistant or calendar management experience can be beneficial for supporting team operations Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will shine!
