This role combines exceptional customer service with membership sales, lead follow-up, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate is warm, inviting, highly organized, and passionate about helping people begin their fitness journey. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are confident in turning inquiries into memberships. This position also includes maintaining a clean and welcoming facility to ensure every member has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and prospective clients warmly, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued Answer phones, text messages, social media inquiries, and emails promptly and professionally Conduct gym tours and confidently present membership options to prospective members Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into memberships Meet or exceed membership sales goals through relationship-based sales and exceptional customer service Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to maintain organized records Support daily office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering Assist with member retention efforts and community engagement initiatives Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment Perform light cleaning duties including vacuuming, wiping down front desk areas, organizing equipment, and checking/restocking bathrooms throughout shifts Assist with gym events, promotions, and special programs as needed Requirements Proven sales experience with a strong track record of building relationships and closing sales Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or membership sales is highly preferred Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality with a natural ability to make others feel comfortable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently discuss membership options and overcome objections professionally Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to perform light cleaning and contribute to the overall appearance of the facility Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply What We're Looking For The perfect candidate is someone who genuinely loves people, enjoys sales, and can create meaningful connections with every person who walks through our doors.
